In 1970 the organization has started a chain of Islamic learning centers (Daarul Qur’aan Makatib) at village level across the region, at present 60+ centers (Maktab , Daarul Qur’aan) are active and which mainly focus upbringing of children

صدر انجمن جمعیتہ العلما اثنا عشریہء کرگل حجت الاسلام والمسلمین آقاۓ شیخ ناظر المھدی محمدی نے بھارت پاکستان سرحد کے نزدیک واقع کرگل کے دور افتادہ گاؤں شرچے اور چلی چن کا تفصیلی کرکے شعبہء مکاتب انجمن جمعیتہ العلما حوزہ علمیہ اثنا عشریہء کرگل کے زیر نگرانی چلاۓ جا رہے مکاتب و دارالقرآن کا تفصیلی دورہ کیا ان کے ہمراہ حجت الاسلام والمسلمین آقاۓ شیخ محمد حسین محمدی اور حجت الاسلام والمسلمین آقاۓ سید ہادی ممبران علما کونسل جمعیت العلما اثنا عشریہء کرگل بھی موجود تھے.

صدر انجمن جمعیتہ العلما اثنا عشریہ کرگل حجتہ الاسلام والمسلمین آقائ شیخ ناظر المھدی محمدی نے کرگل کے علاقے برسو کے دور افتادہ گاؤں ایچو کا دورہ کرکے شعبہء مکاتب انجمن جمعیتہ العلما اثنا عشریہ کرگل کے زیر اہتمام چلاۓ جارہے مکتب و دارلقرآن کا تفصیلی معائنہ کیا اور مکتب کو درپیش مشکلات کا موقع پر ہی ازالہ کیا ، ان کے ہمراہ حجتہ الاسلام والمسلمین آغا سید ضیا الموسوی نائب صدر انجمن جمعیتہ العلما اثنا عشریہ کرگل اور حجتہ الاسلام والمسلمین سید ہادی رضوی برتو ممبرعلما کونسل انجمن جمعیتہ العلما اثنا عشریہ کرگل بھی موجود تھے ۔۔
شیخ ناظر المھدی محمدی ان دنوں ضلع کرگل کےمختلف علاقوں اور دیہات میں شعبہء مکاتب انجمن جمعیتہ العلما اثنا عشریہء کرگل کے زیر نگرانی چلاۓ جارہے مکاتب کا تفصیلی دورہ کررہے ہیں۔

Makatib Wing, Anjuman-e
Jamiatul Ulama Asna Ashria Islamia School Kargil) organised a Qurani Muqabila (competition for recitation of Quran Shareif) at Seminar Hall Youth Wing, Islamia School, Kargil. In this competition, 73 students including three students from Ganderbal District participated. Acting President Islamia School Kargil, Aga Syed Jamal-ud-Din was the Chief Guest and Imam-e-Jumma Wal Jamait Kargil Hujjatul Islam, Sheikh Mussa Shareifi was the Guest of Honour.
President Youth Wing Islamia School Kargil Anayat Ali, General Secretary Islamia School, Sheikh Toha and members of Ullama Council ISK and teachers of various Makatibs of Kargil and Kullan Ganderbal were also present.
Mohammad Jaffer of Maktab-e-Aamiral Momeenin Aliaabad Trespone stood at first position, Mohammad Ali of Maktab-e-Imam Zaman Gongma Minjee at second and Manzoor Hussain of Maktab-e-Jaffaria Groungstod Trespone stood third.
The Chief Guest gave away prizes amongst the winners and runner ups and consolation prize amongst the other students.
Chief Guest congratulated the teachers and students for doing such a great progress in the field of Islamic studies along with general education. He stressed on the need of imparting Islamic education along with general education to excel in his competitive world as a man’s identity is from his religion and his ability to use the teachings of his religion in his life.
Din stressed on the teacher of the Makatibs and the students to work hard to make their students excel in all field of life.
Anayat Ali also interacted with the participants and stressed on the need of gaining religious education along with general education so that they become the real propagator of Islam as a religion of peace and harmony.
The programme concluded with Dua-Khair in which Imam-e-Jumma Hujjatul Islam Sheikh Mussa Shariefi prayed for the peace and communal harmony of the State. He also paid condolence to the family of Hujjatul Islam Sheikh Mohammad Ali Faroona on his sudden demise and prayed for his soul.
